First I'll start with the positives:
Good price for larger apartments in this area, new management is nice, things are replaced in a timely manner, very little noise in my building of mostly families with small children.

Downsides:
Roaches are a major problem and management doesn't seem to care that much about it. They do next to nothing to get rid of them. Be forewarned that if you move here its likely your appliances, sofa, and electronics will be infested and will have to be thrown out upon moving out. We lost many things due to the roaches getting inside and breaking our things. There are also ants but they seem to diminish once the cold weather hits. Another problem is maintenance of the grounds is poor, there is trash everywhere in the entryways and on the common grounds. Towing is also an issue, they tow over the slightest infraction even if its a mistake on the management's part. There is also alot of loitering by teens, with some vandalism as well. My car was keyed, but that was the worst of it. Overall the negatives outweigh the positives, so my advice would be to steer clear of this place. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
