Ghetto of Herndon

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
We've been living here since 3 years now. Lately the place has begun to fall apart in terms of management, maintenance and safety. We've started turning into a ghetto. Loud music, fights, teens lotering and harrassing little kids and even some adults, drinking in public, used condoms, dog poop, overflowing trash, and even some recently developing gang activity. I have a strong feeling that one of my neighbors is organizing a teen gang. Management doesn't really care. I wish I could leave this dump. Good luck.
