Not bad, but you can find better for less.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
It's very expensive here -- and it's really not worth it. Problems I have are with noisy neighbors, mold in the apartment, a floor that seems to be "sagging", an air conditioning system that is either off all the time or on full blast 24-7, and water that just seems to trickle out of the faucet and shower.
