It's not the best place I've been at, but I find that for the price I'm paying, it's not bad.
The security system helps me feel safer considering i'm living on my own. It's a nice neighborhood and I haven't had many problems with the maintenance.
But I do agree with the earlier comment that the pigeons do use your balcony as a litter box...
