I currently live at McNair Farms and have been here for about 2 years. It has been a very pleasant place to live since I moved in. The apartment is wonderfully layed out, so furniture arranging was easy. And after shopping at 5-6 other complexes in the area, I found for what I get, this apartment home had the best price-about $300 less than other comparable homes.

Since I've lived here, the office staff has worked with on various different leases from 2 mos - 1 year, and although rent has increased, its never been more than $50 with each new lease. The other residents are generally very nice, the grounds are very well maintained and the maintenence staff always makes me feel welcome and is responsive to any problems I have. The office staff and property manager are equally kind and concerned when I have an issue.

If I have any problem, its probably more to do with other residents than anything the property can control. The community is pet-friendly, which I like, because I can have my golden retriever here, however, not all the residents feel an obligation to clean up after their pets. Other than that, I think its a wonderful place to live and I'd be happy to recommend it to anyone.
