If your looking for an apartment...keep looking...this is the worst management I have ever experienced as a renter. Bainbridge is the WORST...they are so rude, incompitant and blatantly just dont give a crap about any one of their residents. I just moved in a wish i could move right back out! The apartment wasnt' ready, in fact it was filthy, the manager was rude and yelling at people int he office they seem just downright like they don't know what is going on.The appliances are so old and decrepit I was shown a model that looked nice and then i moved into a piece of junk that is NOTHING like what i was shown, for the money and the overall lack of care and respect you could do better.

Hey, at least you weren't here while it was Sawyer.. Before Bainbridge, they owned it, and were basically absentee management.. Concrete stairs would fall on your head while you paid $1500 a month for the privilege! The apartments are OLD and the appliances and carpet are HORRID. Water pressure is nonexistent, and the place is drafty as a barn in Winter. That being said, Bainbridge did inherit this horror from T&C, and they better fix it soon, or they're in for pain. I, for one, am glad I'm out. Be prepared for -------- on move-out and kiss your deposit goodbye; what they call "damage" anyone else would call a "rotting old apartment". Oh, and also enjoy maintenance walking in unannounced while you're getting dressed. They don't seem to give notice anymore, which I think is illegal outside an emergency, but keep your pants on! That one's a new Bainbridge Bonus! They mow the lawn (dirt) incessantly at 8am on random days with loud, industrial equipment, so if you don't work 9-5, prepare for that pain. If you don't like the smell of indian food wafting from your vents along with countless kids using the parking lot as a playground, then this place is not for you! Oh, and people cannot park here. For some reason the residents can't see the newly painted lines, and prefer to park diagonally or straddling the lines. They also seem to think the parking lot is a freeway; half the residents take the parking lot corners at 45 and then seem to do time trials to get to theyr building. One of these days, someone's gonna get killed.. I've always hated speedbumps, but I'd pray that they spontaneously appear here. The place ain't so safe anymore.. There's some drug activity over by the parking lot at Clock Tower that's been spreading here a bit, along with some riffraff from the section 8 apts across the corner. Don't go out too late; at least cops are hanging around here more, but that's for a reason. It doesn't help that they aren't changing parking lot lights though; some places are pitch black. Too bad they got rid of Fanny and company; Heather was pretty nice, too. The leasing office people now are corporate and don't care, there's someone new weekly. Only decent guy left is the groundskeeper; friendly no-nonsense guy, but I think he lives on site, so I guess they didn't get rid of him.. Just got out of there, would never recommend, glad I'm gone!
