Whatever you do, DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Management is so bad, the NEW manager is so rude. whoever left the message about her yelling at people is so right. She thinks she can do whatever she wants and she tells residents that threaten to tell on her that the regional Manager has her back. Yes he might have her back because there is a rumor going around that they are sleeping together. I and many other residents have seen with our own eyes her coming out of his apartment office late in the evening buttoning up her shirt on numerous occasions. This place was perfect when the 2 girls who worked in the office at the end of last year were here. They can never keep the same people here. It is really sad that Bainbridge is known for firing people all the time. I have lived at Lionsgate and McNair and it is true they hire people with no experience and when they dont live up to their expectations they fire them. So whatever you do if you plan on living here back out now. It will be the best thing for yourself. I have 3 months left on my lease and I plan to run as fast as I can away from this place.
