Folks these guys rip you off.They dont attend to your problems.The worst management I have ever seen.I live in McNair farms.This is my honest opinion.Stay away from the apartments managed by BainBridge or you will regret.

There is no car port or garage.The gym sucks.No media room.Still they charge you more than anyone here.

They dont give your deposit back. They dont maintain apartments.If you have any problem you have to go and beg them to address the proble.After you go to them for about 11 times then they address the problems.

If you leave message on phone they dont care even if you are dying.I told them about my heater that it wasnt working 15 days ago.I was dying of cold inside the apartment.The Maintenace guys and even the leasing office guys take vacation when you need them most.They lie to you that maintenace guys will come to your house soon and address the problem.But they never do.They just push you around.

Before this we had problem with laundry.They dont care.

There are also theives in this apartments.Few days ago TV was stolen from gym.Someones GPS was also stolen.

check all bainbridge managed sites...it's true they are terrible even the lionsgate across the street all residents say the same thing...hmmm...think it's true??
