I have lived at the Townes of Herndon for 3.5 years. The staff at the Townes are very professional and also very customer service oriented. They are very responsive to all requests. I was on travel for business and my cat-sitter lost the key to my place. I called the office and one of the staff members said 'no problem' and fed my cat for me. This was a huge stress reliever for me. They are always going the extra step with their customer service. The maintenance staff is also very responsive. I must say I haven't had many issues in the 3.5 years, but when I did, they were quick and efficient to the request. Everything is personalized and the staff does everything in their power to make sure we feel at home. I can walk into the office and everyone knows my name. (In a good way) The Townes are also conveniently located near old Herndon downtown. There is always a lot to do in the area. Also very close to the WO&D trail.
