Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I have to agree with all the previous negative reports on this place. They are all true. Poor work and build quality. Expensive utilities. My average gas bill was $120 per month with it set at 62 degrees.

Please do yourself a favor. Do not rent from here.
