I have to agree with the other opinions---this place is awful! True the old management was bad, but the new management is even worse. We also moved in before construction was completed (we actually had to move twice as our place was not ready when promised) and we just received notice that upon expiration of our current lease we can renew for another year at an additional $610 per month!!! Talk about inflation!
Electric and gas bills have been outrageous. Quality of construction is minimal. Amenities nearly non-existant. We still have a fireplace with no screen!
The only good thing about this place is that they allow dogs---any size. For a substantial fee, of course.
