When you can't even let your child play on the floor because the insulation is so poor between the garage and the living room that your afraid he may catch a cold it's time to look elsewhere. My husband and I were transferred to N. VA becasue of his military status. We were taken in by the fact that this was a new community and figure there would be few problems, not so. Our air conditioner was broke 4 times the summer we lived there and when it was finally fixed it turned out to be a metal panel that had fallen over the filter and kept freezing up the air conditioner. Why it took 4 times for the maintance people to find this problem is answered by one simple fact, the forth time they came to fix the problem we were home!!!!!!!!!!! Not to mention the fact that out of the 12 months we lived there one of our toilets was unusable for 11 months. It was constantly stopped up and every time we called for maintance they would show up with a plunger and never be able to fix it. Our alarm was constantly going off so to fix it maintance just disconnected the wire that connected to the sound mechanism. I do understand that this complex is under new management but I would not even bother if I were you.
