I have lived here for about 6 months and have had some of the same issues that other people have had. The different temperatures on each floor doesn't bother me because I previously lived in another townhouse so I realize that they are usually like that. I do agree with some of the reviews but one thing I must say is that since new managment has taken over I have definetly seen some positive improvments. The gates are finally working and my maintenance issues are getting done in a much quicker fashion. One thing I am confused about though is the fact that a previous review says that the pool isn't open but I just got a notice saying it is open. I think that most pools in this area open memorial day weekend. So far the new staff has been nice and seems to care about the property. There are still some things that need improving but it looks like things are headed in the right direction. As for right now I really enjoy living here.
