Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
I have lived here with visiting parents, 2 dogs and a year old child since March 2003. There are certainly some issues with the quality of some of the "new-age" construction. However, you are going to find this in new single family homes being built all over this area.
We have the "Madison" and it has been fine for us. The new staff here have done a really great job in addressing ALL of our issues. They seem considerate and worthy. The sound of the water heater is a problem - but not with the "Madison" as it is in the "den" on the very lower level. Just have maint. insulate the doors to the closet and you will NOT hear as much - an easy 80% reduction.
If you have older, HUGE furniture- then you need to consider handing that down to someone else and trading-up for more "ideal" condo furniture. If you are going to complain about space, then you need to build, or do a private-party rental of some high roller's personal "southfork" like enclave. Seriously, none of these "new age" condo/townhomes are very spacious. This one matches up well and the service seems to only get better. Please & content (even while we use the garage for storage!)
