We have now had 2 different homes here with these people. The good: management will respond to your concerns. People a friendly. The area and community are kept very clean. It is generally peaceful.
THE BAD: QUALITY in every home is modern, but generally very poor-to-terrible. Nothing holds-up. The ovens (pilot light element) goes bad every 4-6 months. Carpets are very poor/flooring in general is very poor. ELECTRIC BILLS are really outrageous. GAS bill is high as well. We came out from DC & ceratinly paid much less there even on the Hill. I give this management a lot of credit though-they seem to understand & do work with you... aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
