AWESOME PLACE SO FAR

Firstly, I am a tenant, not a rental agent. We moved in here a few weeks ago and so admittedly have not had any electricity bills yet BUT THIS PLACE ROCKS. I have lived in various apartments and townhouses in this area and this is the quietest place I have ever lived. My neighbour had a party last night and I didn't hear anything. They are nice and clean and new and the applicances are great - although there is no microwave which was a bit annoying. The pool and the fitness room are open daily, although again the bike is broken, but the management are working on it. Everyone is friendly and almost always picks up after their dogs. People do leave their trash cans out all week because there is no where else to put them other than your driveway and the one car garage (which comes with a 3 bedroom) is really small, but these are really not considerations that should affect your decision. I looked at all the apartments in the area and for the location and nicness of the place I don't think the rent is over-the-top. The management have been awesome. I bugged them everyday for the 1st week and had a maintenance guy here within an hour every time. As for the utilities fee, the weekend I moved in they had a HUGE PARTY with tons of food that lasted about 5 hours. I have never had a problem with the gate not opening and of course, you can hear the furnace sometimes but you can in every house and apartment if you don't have a basement. Basically, it's a really nice, family orientated place with quiet professionals. If you don't want an apartment and want to rent a house, I definitely recommend it.
