We are pleased to live at the Townes of Herndon Center. It is in an excellent location and provides excellent access to Redskins Park. The maintenance team ad management team won me over when I had a maintenance emergency 7 days before Christmas. My unit flooded at 2:00 a.m. due to poor workmanship by the builders. Not only did maintenance arrive at my unit within 15 minutes but the resident manager was also present to survey the problem. I was not able to occupy the unit for 3 days while repairs were completed. Management covered all of my tempoary housing expenses and pro-rated my rnt for the days my unit was not available to me. My family and I were ale to enjoy Christmas that year. The management team cnnot be blamed for the quality of the construction. The developers hire the builder. Open your mind when a community. Remember everyone's experience is different.
