I have lived here for over a year. I am currently looking for a new place to live. Most of the post on this site are true. The overall look of the townhouse is nice. It is wonderful to have a garage and a washer and dryer in your unit. But, there are more negative then positives. The first floor is freezing when it gets cold outside, leaving you to keep your vents open for the heat and to use the space heater built into the wall. The middle floor is mild, even with all the vents open, the kitchen and dining room area are cold and the floors are very cold. The top floor is a sauna even with all of the vents closed. The place is extremely drafty. Cold air blows in from every open port. Including the electrical sockets, windows, sliding glass doors and forget the garage that provides all of the drafts coming into the bottom floor. I constantly have ants and sometimes silverfish. Your utilities are through the roof . In the winter it is a fortune to heat your place comfortably and in the summer the a/c always runs because your top floor is very hot. I have had loose railings, unusual odors and cracks everywhere. Maintenance is good about coming to fix things but I wonder if the know what they are doing or if they are trained to do a half ass job. My neighbors are wonderful, you really don't hear them at all. Overall, the poor construction and unresolved issues, cost of the place and the repeated issue of maintenance not properly fixing things has drove me to leave. I would look around before settling in at this place.
