Make sure you take into account everything before you visit the townhomes. The office staff is very helpful and will tell you anything to get you to move in and sign a lease with them. This place does get pluses for safety and having a nice garage and good liberties. But, it is constantly cold in the winter and hot in the summer, whether you a/c or heat is running. YOur hotwater tank is always running even when youre not using the hot water, not to mention it is loud and located in the middle of your house. Overall, construction is very bad if you have a newborn or an elderly person I would think again about renting here, it is drafty and not structurally sound.
