I was initially verry excited about moving in and loved the look of the t/h and community overall. All of the posts I have read have been exactly true. We moved in during the transition to new leasing company. During this time our rent increased twice, not much but still increased, and we got several notices about having additonal fees. Our initial unit was rented to us, then given to another couple. The staff is nice but the construction of the units is cheap and the water heater is always running in the living room. If you need to be in this area and have to rent I would consider TAHC an option but look around and considering buying in this crashing market. The neighbors are great, most are professionals and there are a low number of kids. Plenty of parking. Its just ok, I have been a bit dissapointed and although initially planned on staying several years...will probably be moving out.
