The overall design of the t/h is not so great. They should never have put the hot water tank, which constantly runs in the middle of your living/dining room taking up space that could have been useful as well as the heater upstairs. they should have placed these structures out on the deck or even in the garage. They should have installed door bells because if you are on your top floor you don't hear someone knocking at your door until its to late.Insulattion between t/h is good but find a wall facing outwards and you can see they skimped on insulation and building material. Ive dealt with that issue by accepiting the crappy craftmanship of the place and were extra clothing. Its to much to try to move out when you aren't in the area long. If you do have a newborn it is hard to put them to sleep if you have loud neighbors or dogs. Overall, it is not so bad but they should have done better construction of the place and offer yearly discounts or perks to the residents, a nice voucher or money off rent for holidays or every now and again would draw alot of happy residents.
