It is funny that you read the comments either pro or con that people right about their opinion of the TAHC. Usually right after that post there is another post that "supposively" a renter writes that takes everything the last reader said and says the positive side of it. Office staff has had such a turn over rate since new management took over, filters in each t/h are not changed regularily like the use to be, maintenance I swear just drives around all day and the office staff just sits in the office and eats,, go figure. Rent here and you will see that all the negatives about TAHC are exactly true. It is not a crime area nor a party scene, the places are okay but there are so many negatives that the new managment people should take into account and build on.
