It's a decent place. The people in the neighborhood are nice and the office staff tries to be helpful. The only real complain I have it that it's really not all that great for the amount you pay, and they are not flexible at all with any of the terms. Also, not in the best area of herndon. I don't think I'd live there again due to location and the high cost, but I guess you live and learn!
