Not a bad place but since a new company took over in the summer of 2006 the service and office staff has gone way down. There is no, read no, room for negotiation in anything. The new folks took over the water bill and are pocketing the service fee previously paid to the provider. They are also billing for garbage pickup which was provided in rent prior. No more early signing bonus on new leases either. Little negotation room on monthly rent. Why pay early if there is no incentive' Pay as late as you can if you move here.
