Ever since Equity management took over the TAHC fell apart. Prior to the new management, the grounds were cut,swept, and were regularily maintained. You always saw staff outside working. The playground was nice, the grounds had know dog feces or overgrown weeds. The clientel that Equity lets move in is another story. It seems as if know background check is done or attention is paid to the amount of people living in each apartment. Since equity took over, there is know regard to the safety and welfare of the area. You frequently see Herndon police called into the facility, there are cars zooming in and out with know regard to small children and in the summer the sounds of booming and bouncing are heard all through the area all hours of the night. There are know incentives to sign early on your lease anymore and there are know credits or exceptions even to extremem emergencys when it comes to the day rent is due, the day you move out or concerns on the area. I would look elsewhere, sure the staff is nice as they get you to sign with them but just be careful especially if you have little children or are looking for peace and quiet.
