So much more like your own home than the average "apartment", with the townhouse design and direct access garage. I feel safe here. People are friendly. The maintenance staff is very responsive and helpful. The construction is no different than other rental properties. The rent is reasonable for what you get, and the area. Townhouse design does make heating/cooling a little more difficult, but adjusting the vents helps alot. Re the comment about dog mess: dog owners need to pick after their own dogs, the maintenance people try to clean up the mess some dogs leave behind as soon as they can. I am so glad this place is here!!

Another great post by someone who is not a legit renter. Clearly by someone in management of the property. Just call the police to see about the graphiti that been sprayed on the building, or about how there is an illegal alien haven in the project next door. Or, call the police and ask them about the MS-13 gang that is rampant in the area. The Herndon police have a SPECIAL GANG TASK FORCE! Most of these gang members live within walking distance from this complex!!!

There has been an increased police prescence in the area. There are a lot of suspicious renters that live in the homes and you question whether of not equity checks how many occupants live in these places. There has been illegal operations happening in some of the homes, not to mention the office staff is lazy and rude.
