I'm well into my second year here at Townes at Herndon. And, I'm loving it! There are so many things to like about this place - fireplace, huge deck, large garage, cabinets galore! All of my friends love coming over to hang out and grill (yes, you can have a gas grill on the balcony). There are features here and there that make this home top notch (crown molding, ceramic tile). This is an upscale community. Gated entrances, 24-hour gym, nice size pool. Plenty of extra parking not that you'll need it because everybody has a garage but its good for when you have guests.

To be 6 years old, this community has been kept up quite well. Maintenance is incredible! I've had a few work orders since living here (nothing major) and they were all done the day I entered them. The office staff is really friendly, and go out of their way to say hello or wave. Most of my neighbors - can't say all because I haven't met all of them - are extremely nice. I don't hear them either; at least not enough to notice or warrant a complaint.

I'm really looking forward to several more years in my home. This is by far better than any apartment you can get out there...
