(Note: I am not a current/former tenant. I am a prospective tenant.) Many of these 500 reviews appear to be fake. Take a look at all the 5-star reviews: a lot of them are made in clusters on the same dates. Also, it seems very unusual that this complex has so many reviews - way more than similar apartments in the area. This seems to be a red flag.

I too think these are the fake reviews. Because I am a resident here. So I know what is in there

I used to work at this property and as an employee it was required of us (almost on a daily basis) to post positive comments to keep the ratings up. -------------- (she is EXTREMELY cocky, major --#hole to residents and carries the "you can't touch me" attitude) was the property manager when I was working there. I even witnessed her lying to residents about the $70 telecom, if they were owed credits (if she didn't want to give them their credit she would ask if we could come up with something (a lie) about the apartment (damages or something, etc. She is something else, now she is a regional manager now. ----------------- is the PM now and she is a liar and a fake too. They do not like taking calls, we were instructed to tell people that they were busy, not available, out of the office, etc and forward the call to the voicemail. After listening to the message then they decide weatehr or not its worth giving a call back. Fair Housing, please...that is the last thing on their minds at this property, I heard comments about -------, ------, and (excuse for saying this) their so called definition of poor White Tr%^h. And lets not forget when its audit time, they rearrange resident files to pass audits. Not to mention accounting concerns, you must ALWAYS check your account with them, because they like to sneak fees and charges. There are always new faces at there. ------------------------------- the ONLY good things that property has going for them. The list goes on and on. I would give my name by my friend works there now and they are totally fed up with how they do things there. I wish them luck. I told you so (you know who you are).

I'm a real tenant, posted some comments to other reviews that came after this one...so I won't repeat. But I have loved this community and wanted people to know it's worth it.
