Not all that perfect

I agree with some of the bad reviews. Even though the apartment is very nice and the ammenaties are great, some things could be improved.
Some of the leasing staff are very unpolite and seem to not tell you the whole picture. The maintenance is good overall but some times it takes them very long time to respond. There is very limited parking if you don't live in a townhouse. Also, there is very poor insulation of the windows. Some rooms are much colder than the rest of the house. When told maintanance about this, they did nothing.
