I have had fun living at Woodland. I don't have any complaints about the management, or the maintenance. I am not planning on living there when my lease is up, but I would refer this property to my friends. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

IGNORE THESE FAKE REVIEWS! They are clearly written by the scummy management. Six 5.0 reviews in two days - give me a F***ing break. It doesn't get any sleazier than this. No decent leasing office would write hundreds of fake reviews like this. It's incredible that the rental staff thinks potential renters will be fooled by these reviews. This place is a dump.

Hmm, I'm a real tenant...give it 5 stars...*shrug* have loved my time here, made some friends, enjoyed the community - utilized the pub room...went to the community happy hours...had no problems...rent is decent especially when compared to other places in Reston/Herndon. Hard to find another 2 bed 2 bath apartment with 1200 rsf!
