I was introduced to the Van Metre Company through the Brooadlands community and they refered me to their sister community in Herndon, Woodland Park. I decided to lease through Woodland Park due to it's proximity to my office. The management team at Woodland Park have made my experience so far wory-free. Both the office staff and the maintenance team have been very responsive to my needs. I recommend this community, and company, to everyone.

When did you move in? The experience, at first, is always good...mine was too. However, just wait until you need something fixed, or they start messing up your account and leave you a "15-day Notice to Vacate" on your door, without calling you or even verifying whether or not THEY are wrong. I had this happen 5 times, and every time, THEY had over charged me. The last time, they had received my check, deposited it, and then the idiot in the office didn't credit it to my account...I had to PROVE that they were wrong. Also, if you are one of the VERY FEW lucky people who don't have obnoxiously loud and inconsiderate neighbors, or you don't live around some of the middle eastern people who cook curry goat or whatever their stinky foods are...say your prayers. My experience was good at first too. But, within 3 months, the real screwing started.
