Overall,I have had a good experience at this community. I've had a couple of issues with the unit but maintenance took care of the problems in a timley fashion. I've had a good experience with fellow residents and the staff has always been courteous. Only real complaint has been the internet and television bundle but this has greatly improved recently and is only getting better.

What has gotten better about the tv/internet bundle??? We are still stuck with horrible MDU and NO HD t.v. if you are in a unit without a view of the southern sky. For a self-proclaimed luxury community there's no excuse for this.
