from the beginning i had a bad feeling and it just got worse. when I first moved in the place had not been cleaned properly; a)the refrigerator/stove/dishwasher/air vent/washerdryer had stuff all over it. Meaning dust and caked on food at the bottom of very appliance. around the stove and under the stove there is caked on food. The carpet is shoddy and is old you can actually pick it up. as the time progressed, I realized I can hear my neighbors pee in the morning. Every morning, i can hear this. I can hear them clearing their throats even. furthermore the faucets have caked on erosion or green stuff within them and the water smells bad. The garbage area every weekend is overflowing! I mean everyweekend without fail. finally the worst is that this place is truly truly infested with roaches. It has been a nightmare. YOu have to leave on lights, and spray yourself. The management offers no relief except they tell you to lay down traps if they can't. Management is horrible they even told someone who's toilet was broke that they could use the bathroom from the gym if they had to use it. Hellloooooo! the walls when you first rent do not have the shiny or semi gloss, they are a sick base white paint that scratches at the drop of a hat. did I mention the roaches!''!'! furthermore while management says that units are cleaned. I can still smell and have allergy reactions of some kind of animal left in the apt. When i move I have to throw away my bed and empty all containers of every kind to ensure I do not move the roaches with me.

You can definitely do better than this place by walking even across the street. The pond is nothing...there is no pond, it's a swamp. Not to mention you have a gratuitous view of the guy that walks in front of his window naked all the time. DO not move to this particular Archstone if you believe in sanitation.
