I've been living here for almost 15 months. The only attraction about this place is that I work just a 10 min walk from my apartment. Lots of restaurants, the Worldgate Fitness Center, Giant and many others are within walking distance.

So whats wrong' The kitchen cabinets in my apartment are multi-colored. The Archstone folks say they don't have any money in the capital budget to remedy this. Yet they have implemented an unecessary parking sticker policy, spending thousands on this even though parking is no problem!

I reported a pot hole on my street back in April of 2005. The pot hole was finally filled in late April 2006 but they did a shoddy job and the surronding area is now beginning to crumble.

The trash compactor is not attended to often enough with the result that residents just dump their trash on the sidewalk along the dumpster.

I have a very small dog... I clean up after her all the time and I probably clean up for three quarters of the other residents that are too darn lazy to pick up their dog's poop! The management does noting about it.

I've gotten notices that I can't store anything on my balcony/patio. I don't have anything out there!!!! Hovever, many residents are using their balconies as storage areas with 3 5 bicycles, furniture, childrens toys, car parts, etc... It never gets cleaned... Another waste of capital monies to send notices'

We have the smaller washer and dryer combo stacked on top of each other. We had no less that 4 work requests open for the washer machine stopping during the wash cycle. It always gets fixed but only temporarily!
