Haven't had any problems with the employees here. Requests for maintenance have been handled promptly. They replaced the kitchen floor when I asked them to. The location is pretty nice. Close to lots of shopping, restaurants, businesses, and the Dulles Toll Road. The apartment itself is nice and reasonable for the area given its size.

The residents here are slobs, and not terribly friendly. There is rarely a day when I come home and don't see a bottle or two, or paper, or stashed out cigarettes laying around the stairwell. And the fact that they have one big trash disposal area sucks. It looks like a landfill some mornings. Why the builder decided not to put trash chutes in buildings that are 4 floors high is just plain stupid.

Noise is occasionally a factor since there are lots of kids here and they allow pets, including barking dogs. Argh.

There are two dumpsters on the property...one on the back end next to the neighboring condo community and one in the front near the rental office. The one in the back is kinda scarey though because it faces the woods and that swamp land area is scarey enough during the day...I can't imagine trying to dump trash at night.
