Those of you that say parking isn't a problem must not live on Wilkes Ct. We would come home at 6pm and there would be no parking anywhere close to Wilkes Ct. By 7pm spaces would open up because the employees would finally be leaving the Fannie Mae building on the other side. It got so bad that we threatened to break our lease if they didn't do something about it.

Fannie Mae HAS been informed of the problem but refused to do anything. Security in the building would tell the people not to park there and they would get laughed at. Once they (management) finally started towing the situation got a bit better. They are only towing on the week days and only around Wilkes Ct. I hope they tow them all.

Oh, and yes, the garbage situation is horrible. It doesn't help that the lazy residents don't even open the door to see if the dumpster is full and just drop their trash on the sidewalk. Whenever you try to confront anyone about this they suddenly can't speak English anymore. Management seems to care less about the trash situation. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

LOL, you made me laugh out loud when you said "they suddenly can't speak English anymore". I actually suggested to managament that since they want to post those dayum signs that they should post it in every language that is spoken out here since a good majority of the residents don't speak English as a first language. That way, there won't be any excuses for why the property looks more like we live in Manassas as opposed to Fairfax County!!!
