1)Worst place for the money we pay.

2)Very much over crowded.

3)Park your vehicle for a few minutes without a sticker and its gone...I had a friend visiting..he came upstairs to grab the parking tag and by the time he came back (in 30 mins or so) the vehicle was gone.

4)Rent can increase any time abruptly putting a big hole in you wallet.

I don't mean to sound like a jerk, but 1) Why does it take 30mns to retrieve a parking tag? I could understand you being upset if the car was removed within 5 or 10mns, but 30mns, I mean come on thats fair game for the towing company! 2) You mention that your rent can increase at any time...so are you on a month-month lease(in which case it can) or perhaps on a short term lease, which again, you are subject to price increases just like everyone else.

Your rent cannot change if you are in a lease. It can only change at the end of your lease which give you the opportunity to move out.

Either way, they charge too much in rent and this place is horrible.
