Parking Nightmare

I guess the management has lately become too greedy to find ways to make more money. Gone is the 'moving satisfaction guarantee' that they claimed earlier, according to which, you can move into any other Archstone facility (ofcourse with a fresh lease term) without paying a penny. The management suddenly started charging 'Convinience Fee'!!
Parking is just a nightmare with this facility. Management suddenly got a brainwave to make more money by making use of every opportunity to tow the resident's cars. There is no visitors parking. If any of your friend/relative is visitng you have to walk down to his car to place the tag and again when he's leaving do the same to collect the tag. If you forget this and leave the car for just 10 minutes without the tag, our newly employed towing company will be more than happy to whisk away your car. If you think towing is only done at night, you are wrong, the tow truck is around all the time. BTW, this towing company does other policing jobs too. It picks up all cars that have expired decals, or with no decals (if you are from NJ where there is no more decal system) and if you park your car in the premises with other Apartment stickers, still it gets towed. No kidding! Virtually every resident faced this one time or other and is still facing this. Imagine you are in 4th floor and a visitor has come to you in these cold days. Management is adamant to listen to resident's plea to allot visitors parking in the facility.
Summary: Beware! Rules change on the fly and all in favor of management and the management is exploring every way to rob the tenants.
