Neighbors ran a boarding house and the noise never stopped - all hours of the day. Management informed me that my family and I should not have moved into an apartment and that the boarding house was okay. In addition, I travel a lot and came back one day to find my car had been towed. It turns out that Archstone gets a kickback on every car that is towed and will seek creative ways to enhance their income at your expense. Although I lived there in 2005, I see from the recent reviews that the management practices are still poor in 2009.

Guess what? Worldgate is not owned by Archstone anymore. It is owned by Equity.
