I only had a 3 month short term lease but was very satisfied with Westerly at Worldgate. Personally I did not experience any of the problems listed below. Upon arrival, my apartment had new carpet, freshly painted, newer appliances and very clean. I had one minor problem and it was taken care of that day. The office staff was very friendly and professional. Pool, Business Center and Fitness Center were always clean. No problems with noise, parking or bugs whatsoever. Great restaurants directly across the street. Found a few of the local areas to be places to avoid in the late evening. Would have no hesitation renting again from this apartment should I need to return to Herndon, VA.
