I just renewed my lease for the third time at Westerly at Worldgate. The leasing office is very much on top of things and the maintenance guys have been great whenever I have needed something done.
No issues with parking, although they do have quite an interesting parking policy.
No real noise complaints, and I live on the 3rd floor, but I wouldn't say it is very 'quiet'.
The rental price I pay seems pretty reasonable for the area and for the age of the complex...I think they are around 15 years old.
Overall, great place!
