Bad neighborhood. Bad management. My husband left the trash outside of our door and went back to the apartment for couple minutes. When he when back out the door... he can't believe the trash is gone!! the big trash bag!! We have to be more careful what we put in the trash can........

Yes there are issues.... The most serious issues I see with this apartment community are the management company. They turn over the office staff every chance they get. The property managers are not qualified to be doing tax credit communities. Most of the managers aren't even tax credit

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE I lived in Monmouth Woods for 7 years. The staff was kind and friendly. the apartment had lots of space and was only $860.00 for 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. You can't find prices like that anywhere.

Best place in town I have lived at this community since February 2009. I see tenants come and go very quickly, I can assure you the reason is loss of finances or jobs. This is the best deal in town where else can you get a 2 bedroom apt a kitchen eating area 2 baths and living room and balcony
