Terrible place to live I have lived here for less than a year. The first apt. we were in had huge plumbing issues. Then after having no water for 2 weeks, we were moved to another apt. While in this apt. we have had pest infestation, plumbing issues and dozens more. Complained for more then

NICE AFFORDABLE APARTMENTS MONMOUTH WOODS ARE NICE APARTMENTS TO LIVE IN THE CHEAPEST I EVER SEEN FOR A 2BD 2BA.THE MAINTENANCE CREW RESPOND TO REPAIRS IN A TIMELY MANNER AND THE OFFICE STAFF IS VERY NICE & UNDERSTANDING.I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE.
