I have lived in Bellemeade for almost a year and as far as maintenance issues were concerned, never had a problem. As far as the management and staff, they were horrid! Never did what they said they would do, treated people like garbage. My rent was cheap, but the place looked like it could indeed use some sprucing up. NEW MANAGEMENT! Fairfield Properties bought out Archstone and yes, raised rents drastically for new renters, but already have made some changes, and the staff is much friendlier and helpful.
Lets hope the improvements continue.
