Lived here for two years and still waiting for repairs from our move-in checklist. When maintenance does show up, they tell you what "you should do" about your problem until they can get around to fixing it! Light fixtures hanging off the wall, power and cable outlets loose as well. The insulation is poor at best, drafty doors and windows. Our son almost fell out of unsafe windows, balcony guardrail is climbable by small children. The hot water heater is only big enough to heat a shower for 10 minutes. The noise level in these apartments is so ridiculous that normal walking will knock things off of the wall. But it is not like most residents here walk normally... overcrowded by college kids with no respect for other tenants! Horrible cable option, but seperate matter all in itself. The upkeep of the grounds are horrible...if you're not walking on someone else's trash you're walking on someone else's dog-mess. We have lived there for 2 years now on our way out and car has been vandalized 3 seperate times, along with numerous other cars. 80% of the street lights are broken and give absolutely no sense of security. If you have any other option of a place to live, please do so! The rent reflects that of an above average community and the office staff would have you believe it is...but if you have been smart enough to read these reviews (wish we had!) you would see that is absolutely not the truth! On a final note, if you have no other choice take the rental history from this and take it up the street, because if you stay here you WILL regret it in one way or the other.

This Place is discusting. My head is going to explode form my allergies to the dust here, I have never been so allergic to an apartment. Dust build up is 1/2 in some places upon move in. Most things are broken. It is unsanitary and generally unclean. Many foul smells. My parents rent this apartment for me and the staff as made calls to them claiming I am unreasonable. The Assistant Manager has made false slanderous statements behind my back about me to my parents causing undue family drama. Staff has intentionally caused me family drama. I also have found rodent feces in cabinets and Laundry area. This has been a miserabe experience. My apartment is discustingly filthy. Staff is condeacending, I have been lied to and taken advantage of. I am miserable here. I'm stuck! Upon move in I have found, live and dead insects. Organic matter stick to walls shower and counters. There was old food particles in the kitchen sink. The garbage disposal contained a moldy furrry substance. Feces stain nex to toilet in bath. Bath toilet sits at aprox 12degree angle.....very uncomfortable. A/C and Hot water did not work when I moved in. I can tell what color soap the past tenant used because it is still in the tub. I found a full drawer of past tenents bellongings including his past tax returns. Air Conditioning unit emits foul smell and dust when it is switched on. Staff has been very combative. DO NOT RENT HERE. I hope you do not experience my hell. I am stuck in a 6 month lease. Many promises have been made, none fullfilled, often lied to and absolutely no follow up. Staff is unprofessional and has slandered me behind my back. DO NOT RENT HERE. Many fire code and safety violations are obvious i.e. wires cut to smoke detector / Black mold on walls and sink fixtures / Fire extinguisher was due for inspection two years ago. Unstable staf with no honest communication. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!! Commons at Bellemeade / Bellemeade Farms / Archstone at Bellemeade. I you want to pay luxury prices for ghetto living this is the place for you
