Beautiful, but Expensive

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
My apartment is very, very small, and the rent is very, very high. I like the buildings and grounds, though. Everything is well maintained. The people who live here are very nice. Management is a little slimy. When desperate to rent out their apartments, they offer much lower rents, but continue to raise current residents' rents. I think this is very bad.
