I just moved in so I'm not sure, but when we moved, the gas wasn't working and they sent someone out in a matter of hours. Property manager is very friendly and we were happy to see that the unit was very clean. Lots of unassigned parking and no noise from what we've heard. We got a great rental special since our credit was good. This place is NOT the projects. I don't know where that came from but it's a quiet place. Get a top unit if noise is an issue, but hey you live in an an apartment--if you don't want noise, get a townhouse.
