We just moved into this complex last week. It was totally renovated from top to bottom. They didnt take any shortcuts during this process and it looks beautiful. I don't know what the previous commenters are talking about, I have found this management team very accomadating and professional. We couldnt be any more happier with this place. We strongly reccomend it to anyone looking for a new apartment.

PS: Collen and Brittany are great Managers. We had a very serious issue within the 1st 24 hours and they fixed it without haste. Things happen, mistakes get made, but this management team did everything right! We already have a friend that is going to rent here as well!

You must be a relative or should I ask how much did they pay you to post this? I've been out of there for less than two months and there is no way they could have renovated that place so fast. Fixing things "without haste" is exactly right.

I lived there for 2 years and as each year went by things started going south! The units that have been renovated were to be sold as condominiums until Comstock Homes ran out of money and couldn't complete the job...so some units are a little nicer than other units. When I moved in it was a nice complex but as time went by it was if the property management just didn't care who they rented to or what was going on around the compound. My neighbor across from me had a lucrative crystal meth business going on in and around his apartment so Leesburgs finest were often called to check that out, he was finally arrested! The upstairs neighbor was an abuser of women. There was alot of car break-ins and alot of just destroying of property. All this was going on around me and I myself was a Federal Police Officer! Slowly but surely other officers living in there moved out including myself. We would complain and the office management looked at us and said "we don't care if Police are living in here or not"!. SO...that was all we needed to hear...The last time I drove through there it still looked the same...so really nothing has changed...they rent to whoever they can! The best thing I ever did was get out of there when I did....:)

Just wait a few months... you'll come to understand what everyone else does- THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! We've had more problems here than we have ever had living in an apartment building. There is dog poop everywhere, the grass is dead or dying, they fix things that don't need fixing, while ignoring many other things in disrepair. They may present a nice package for the potential renters, but once you've lived here (and below someone else) for a few months, you'll come to understand why this place isn't worth half of what we pay.
