I have been living at Bellmeade Farms for a month now. It is perfect. I have not heard one single sound, a minor repair was taken care of immediately, my apartment is ---- and span,and the staff is highly efficient and charming. I have recently retired and own a home elsewhere. I am a contractor and I live here during the week. I feel as if I am on vacation constantly, living in my own little spa.

I am not sure what other reviewers are talking about because I have been more than 100% pleased. I feel totally safe, parking availabilty is great,

The only caveat is the cable service. It is abomniable!!!!!!!!!! I have been told that Direct TV will be installing pods so we can access it, but tht hasn't happened yet. Maybe Bellemade Farms needs to look into another cable provider. Direct Path should be put out of business. I was floored to learn that Direct Path is analog. Imagine! In this day and age!!!!!!

I am totally delighted with my apartment and look forward to coming home to it each and every day.

Hmmmm, interesting. "100% pleased" & "Heaven," but only a 3 out of 5 rating, just the same as the previous comments of "It Isn't Worth It." ????

OOps! I forgot to change the rating. Yes, I would give it all 5's. Thank you for noticing my error. I still feel as if I am on permanent vacation and in my own little slice of heaven. I have had several friends visit and their response is the same as mine. While they own homes (as do I....somewhere else...I am a traveling teacher), they have said that they would love to have an apartment like mine). Since my last posting, I have met several neighbors, whom I still have never heard, and they are delightful. If I could rate this place and give it 10's, I would.

You should come by our apartment you can hear our upstairs neighbor fart. No joke the celing is so thin when his alarm goes off in the morning it wakes us up. NO JOKE!!!
