I live in a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment here and my rent is $1127. When I came to view an apartment here for the first time everything looked good. They were all "remodeled" right before I moved in. A week later everything went completely down hill! You can only get cable from their rip off company, DirecPath! My tub has paint peeling off of it constantly and when I first moved in there was hairs under the soap dish, my toilet doesn't flush, the toilet paper holder fell off the wall, hardly any hot water and the hot water is really warm water. The only closet we have here is the one in the bathroom and the door broke on that since all they have to hold it in track in a tiny block of wood with staples. My brand new washer broke a few days after I moved in and flooded my entire bathroom. As a permanent replacement I received an old, smelly, washer instead that has ruined a few of my clothes. When I first moved in I had a list of things wrong with my apartment and they sent maintenance to fix the things and he had no idea what he was doing. I asked him to fix my bedroom door knob, he didn't do it correctly and it was still loose and eventually fell off. Also my porch light wasn't working so he changed the bulb but the switch didn't work either and still doesn't. The front panel of my kitchen drawer fell off because it is just stapled in there, the pipe under my sink leaks, there is a hole under my cabinets and the handle of another drawer is falling off. On top of everything breaking, I've seen roaches in my stove and mice poop all in my cabinets,on my kitchen floor and in my bathroom! I even took pictures of how gross and disgusting it is that I will post on here. There is also a lot of huge spiders everywhere!! I see at least 2 big spiders a day in my apartment. I keep my place very clean, and this is the only place I've ever lived in that has been so gross. I have never seen a mouse in my place or roaches before I moved here! The manager constantly has a b*t*hy attitude about everything. She gave me an attitude the day I moved in and lectured me on something that was none of her business. I got charged $60 over my original rent before and when I called to discuss and ask what it was from they lady working told me she had no clue after looking at everything and that I'd have to pay my rent with the charge anyways and speak to a manager when she came in a the next week! They are very unprofessional and when I was signing the lease I was asked if I'd need more room in an apartment because they thought I was expecting a baby! I was very sick that day and barely made it down there and that is a ridiculous thing to say to someone!! I can hear my neighbors upstairs all the time! It sounds like my ceiling is going to brake when they walk. This place looks ok when they give you a tour but it quickly changes once you move in! Beware and stay away it is not worth all the money!

maybe if you wernt dirty you wouldnt have roaches and mice!

The only reason cockroachs come is if you have a dirty home. These are newly remodled homes and I have never had this problem, if you cannot clean thorughly I were you'd I'd hire a cleaner. Furthermore I'd be embaressed to admit I was dirty enough for roaches and mice.

you are filthy! I have never had so much as an ant. You have to work hard to collect mice and droppings like that. I hope I am not your neighbor.
