I have been living here for eight months so far and I mostly have nothing but good words about the property and the management. All vacant units were completely renewed, so when I moved in everything was in excellent condition - the kitchen and the carpet were brand new. If anything, I would say that I prefer hardwood floors, but that is not very common to find. I have been told newly remodeled units do have it, but I'm not sure about that.

The amenities are great. A nice swimming pool (which closes on September 1 and should stay open at least 7 or 10 days more), very good gym, tennis and racquetball courts, ciber caf ... And I got a nice move-in special, so my rent is not so high. Of course there can be cheaper places around, but I did a lot of research and this was a no brainer. It's not gonna get much cheaper anyway and the money for quality is great.

One thing that I do hate is the fact that my unit cannot have cable or satellite TV, because "my patio faces the opposite direction"... Which I found incredibly stupid. All buildings should have an antenna on the roof servicing all tenants! The cable service contract with DirecPath is over and we have been told we're gonna get Verizon Fiber Optic available in the property... Dunno...

Finally, the management. They have always been nice and helpful -except for one person-, having responded in less than 24 hours to any service order I placed. The only black spot would be the policies in place when you are late with the rent. I never pay after the 5th, but the only time I did was because I was on holidays in Europe, and I came back on January 6. By that afternoon -ONE DAY LATE!-, I found a note on my door telling me I would have to LEAVE the apartment if I didn't pay in 5 days. I actually found it offensive and exaggerated.

Anyway, that's the only bad thing I would have to say. Overall speaking, this is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone moving into this area. Competitive price, great amenities, good management.
